Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

The business may cancel the Advisor agreement with one months’ notice.

Our standard cancellation and reschedule terms are as follows:

  • The business may reschedule meeting dates only once.

  • Rescheduled meetings after one cancellation and “no show” meetings will attract an additional fee as quoted in the proposal. The scheduled meeting times are reserved specifically for your business. The additional fee recognises the lost time due to cancellation or “no show”.

Management

As an external advisory service, we do not provide legal, investment, financial, employment law, health and safety or accounting advice and strongly recommend you engage experts in these areas.

Critical to the success of any project is effective internal coordination of stakeholders and information. The business at the approval of the proposal will nominate an Internal Coordinator. The Internal Coordinator will manage schedules, internal meetings, attendees and internal contacts.

Insurances

The business will hold all appropriate insurances, including professional insurance that will cover the activities of the Advisory Service. The Advisor will hold appropriate insurances including professional indemnity insurance.
